Turning an attic into a livable space can be tricky, especially when it is on the 3rd floor of the home and the main electrical panel is in the basement. However, what was exciting about this project was saving the walls and the ceilings from damage; alleviating the need for any drywall or paint. We were able to wire in outlets, lights, TV, and internet to this space without needing to cut any holes. We also used our expertise to help the plumber fish Heat-Pex from the basement up to the room so he could add a 4th zone onto the heating system.
